At Parishudh, we take great care in preparing and packing our products to ensure quality and freshness. Due to the nature of edible oils and food products, we follow a strict return policy.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing images or videos are shared as proof
Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Once the issue is verified, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to the original payment method (processed within 5–7 working days)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
